46th Annual Rocky Mountain Regional Meeting 2017

We had our first regional conference on our home turf and we met some great C.A.R. members from other states. We also helped raise funds for the N.S.C.A.R. project: James Monroe Online, a Digital Asset Management System that will contain historical documents and scanned manuscripts about our nation’s fifth President.

The ROTC from Taylorsville High served as the color guard for the Opening Session.

Several of our local members participated in the program for the Opening Session.

The National Board performed several skits and included all members in the fun.

The National Board conducted group activities with the attendees.

We enjoyed an afternoon at This is the Place Heritage Park.

The kids made arrow head necklaces, panned for fake gold and rode the trains.

The conference also included socials, a banquet and a dance. Thank you to the N.S.C.A.R. for a wonderful experience!
